Click the actions kebab button on the Omniscreen API Application listed in the table on the "API Settings" page
Click the "Manage Tokens" option in the dropdown menu
Create a new OAuth Token by clicking the "OAuth Token" button in the top-right corner of the opened drawer
The Refresh Token will appear after the OAuth Token is created, and will only be available until its containing dialog is closed
